Payment and Cancellation Policies:
* Rates are in US dollars per night and do not include taxes.
* Rates are based on occupancy of 2 people per night.
* There is a charge for an extra person in the room of $25 USD per night.(taxes not included)
* Children under 12 years of age stay for free (Sharing Existing beds).
* Free Wi-Fi & Parking Lot.
* Breakfast is not included.

Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.

Deposit and Payment
* Christmas, New Year = (December 24th to January 10th): prepayment of 100% o total stay will be required at time of booking.
* Winter, Easter, Summer and Fall (January 11th to December 23rd) : a deposit of 50% of total stay will be required at time of booking. Remaining balance will be due at the check in and will be charged to your credit card on file.
Upon receipt of deposit or prepayment the reservation confirmation will be sent.
* Christmas, New Year = (December 24th to January 10th): Reservations for these dates are non-refundable.
* Winter, Easter ,Summer and Fall : (January 11th to December 23rd) in the event reservation is cancelled up to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% deposit paid is applied as a penalty- If the reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days before arrival, or no show, 50% deposit paid is applied as a penalty.
Our Hotel is a dog friendly place but they are not allowed in the restaurant area. Dogs must be supervised/looked after at all time.
We are not handicap accessible.
