Our rates include 16% VAT and 4% ISH
Prices are per night, per room based on double occupancy.
Our rates are EP (do not include meals).

The hotel do not accept childs under 17 years of age.
Pets not allowed

RESERVATION, CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At the time of booking we require a credit or debit card guarantee; in order to confirm your reservation, 50% of the reserved rate will be charged.
For stays of 1 night we will charge 100% of the reservation.

Changes and cancellations, we recommend doing it 5 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation or change in time, the refund of the previous charge will be made less the corresponding banking commission.

Changes and cancellations out of time, no refund applies.
The amount charged to your card does not apply for future stays.
In case of No Show, 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
If the guest does not show up for the reservation and their stay is 1 night, 100% rate will be charged.

Visa, Master Card and American Express.
If you wish, you can make an electronic transfer within the next 24 hours after receiving your reservation request. To verify payment, please send us the receipt to the email: contacto@casachichipicas.com, you will receive our confirmation shortly.
