CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS POLICY
Please note that deposit and cancellations policies may vary depending on the promotion of your choosing.
Cancellations must be made in the hotel website Booking Engine subject to the Hotel Cancellation Policies and deadline periods. If there is a cancellation after this time, the guest is required to pay a penalty charge according to season and contracted room/rate type.
Reservations staying over December 24th to January 4th:
A deposit equal to 100% of your stay will be charged to your credit card any time after booking stage. Reservations must be cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival date in order for the deposit to be refunded. If Cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to your arrival date a full stay plus taxes penalty will be applied.
Reservations staying over a different period:
A deposit equal to one night plus taxes will be charged to your credit card any time after booking stage. Reservations must be cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival date in order for the deposit to be refunded. If Cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to your arrival date a one night plus taxes penalty will be applied.
No-Shows will be charged 100% of the say + taxes.
Pet Policy: Sorry, no pets allowed.
Child Policy: In rooms with 2 beds up to 2 Children 9 and under stay free sharing room with Adult/s in existing beds. In rooms with 1 bed up to 1 child 9 and under stay free sharing room with one adult in existing bed. Children from 10 years and older pay rate as an adult.
A valid credit card at time of booking is required in order to guarantee the reservation.
***PLEASE NOTE: If the room/rate/promotion you are booking is labeled as non-refundable, non-cancellable or similar, a deposit of 100% of the stay will be charged any time after booking stage and all cancellations will incur a 100% stay value penalty, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.
Junior Suites and Master Suites at Casa del Jaguar are designed and equipped for the comfort and enjoyment of two guests; a third guest is not allowed in this room category.
In the event that a party of three would arrive with a reservation in either of the aforementioned categories, one of the three would be requested to purchase a separate suite at the available nightly rate.
If availability, does not permit the purchase of another suite, a fee of $450 USD (Four Hundred and Fifty US Dollars) will be added to the original rate paid.
In case guests would prefer to leave, no refund would be permitted.
