Reservation policy: Payment for one night stay is requested.
Cancellation and modification policies: There will be a refund for cancellations with more than 14 days before check in (there is a costo of 5% administrative costs).
You can modify your booking without penalty regarding availability at least 14 days before check in. If there is a positive difference in the rates for the new dates, the guest should pay for it.

Easter and Peak season (From March 28th to April 4th – From December 21th to January 7th).
Reservation policy: Payment for the complete stay is requested. There is a minimum of 3 nights stay.
Cancellation and modification policies: There is no refund for cancellations or modifications.
When the guest confirms the reservation with the payment, aautomatically accept the hotel terms and conditions.
For all seasons: There will be no refund for cancellations and changes of dates outside the grace period. The total amount of the reservation will be charged in case of no-show at the hotel on the check-in date.
There is no refunds for early check outs.
