THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICIES DO NOT APPLY FOR PROMOTIONAL RATES.

Mid season (From November 1st to December 19th).
Reservation policy: Payment for one night stay is requested.
Cancellation and modification policies: There will be a refund for cancellations with more than 14 days before check in (there is a costo of 5% administrative costs).
You can modify your booking without penalty regarding availability at least 14 days before check in. If there is a positive difference in the rates for the new dates, the guest should pay for it.
When the guest confirms the reservation with the payment, automatically accept the hotel terms and conditions.

Low season (From April 8th to June 30th- From September 1st to October 31st)
Reservation policy: Payment for one night stay is requested.
Cancellation and modification policies: There will be a refund for cancellations with more than 14 days before check in (there is a costo of 5% administrative costs).
You can modify your booking without penalty regarding availability at least 14 days before check in. If there is a positive difference in the rates for the new dates, the guest should pay for it.

Summer season (From july 1st to August 31st).
Reservation policy: Payment for one night stay is requested.

High Season (From January 8th to March 27th).
Reservation policy: Payment for one night stay is requested.
Cancellation and modification policies: There will be a refund for cancellations with more than 30 days before check in (there is a costo of 5% administrative costs).
You can modify your booking without penalty regarding availability at least 30 days before check in. If there is a positive difference in the rates for the new dates, the guest should pay for it.
When the guest confirms the reservation with the payment, automatically accept the hotel terms and conditions.

Easter and Peak season (From March 28th to April 4th – From December 21th to January 7th).
Reservation policy: Payment for the complete stay is requested. There is a minimum of 3 nights stay.
Cancellation and modification policies: There is no refund for cancellations or modifications.
When the guest confirms the reservation with the payment, aautomatically accept the hotel terms and conditions.

For all seasons: There will be no refund for cancellations and changes of dates outside the grace period. The total amount of the reservation will be charged in case of no-show at the hotel on the check-in date.

There is no refunds for early check outs.

Tarifas en Dólares Americanos USD. Se requiere una tarjeta de crédito válida para reservar su habitación.

Para garantizar una reservacion sed ebera abonar el 50% del total de la estancia.
Su reservación será procesada y el cargo correspondiente más impuestos será aplicado a su tarjeta de crédito como depósito en garantía sujeto a las políticas de la temporada, de la promoción o del tipo de cuarto según sea el caso

Acompañantes menores: Niños menores de 5 años podrán compartir la habitación con sus padres o tutores sin cargo. *Aplican restricciones.
Entrada: a partir de las 15:00 hrs Salida: a partir de las 13:00 hrs

Cancelaciones: El hotel acepta modificaciones o cancelaciones hasta con 72 hrs de anticipación a la llegada a través del motor de reservaciones sin cargo alguno.
Menos de 72 hrs. se cobrará una noche como penalidad.
Mascotas: Ningún tipo de mascota se admite en las instalaciones del hotel.
