Booking policies

Rate based on double occupancy per room per night in local currency - MXN, rates plus 19% tax, extra person rate applies for 3rd and 4th person, children are accepted sharing room in existing beds, children over 13 years old pay as extra person.

Pets are not allowed, parking available, free WiFi in common areas, all reservations require a deposit and are subject to the modification and cancellation policies of each season. Credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD are accepted at the Hotel.

 

* GENERAL POLICIES *

Cancellations: If the reservation has a "Non-refundable" policy or enters a penalty period, the cancellation request will be made, applying the 100% penalty. Early departure or no show: If the guest wishes to check out before the date (early departure) or does not appear at the hotel on the day of check in (no show). All reservations will be canceled and there will be no refund. Modification of reservation: If the reservation has a "Non-refundable" policy, it will not be able to apply to changes of dates, and / or name. If the guest wishes to extend their reservation with the cancellation policy, the policies and restrictions of the original reservation will also be extended. Refunds: In case the policy is flexible and is before the penalty period, consider that refunds will be made within 15 business days after the request. * FORCE MAJEURE POLICY * In the event that the property is affected by a natural disaster, the following will proceed: During your stay, we offer a certificate for a return stay at the property for the number of unused nights and will be valid for travel within 1 calendar year of the dates originally reserved; it is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The space is subject to availability and suspension periods may apply. The policy will take effect once the relevant authorities issue an alert in the area and this directly impacts the property. It does not include the day of departure, airfare, transfers, upgrades, and must be exchanged within one year. Other restrictions may apply. Cancellations: If a natural disaster alert is issued by government forces, guests will not be penalized if they request a change of vacation dates within 72 hours of the alert. Please notify us if you wish to schedule your reservation. No shows - The no-show penalty charges will also be eliminated from the day an alert is issued from government forces and up to 5 days after normal activities are reinstated at the Hotel. Early departure - Guests at the property who would like to leave early may do so without incurring any penalty and will receive a certificate for the number of unused nights; valid for travel within 1 calendar year from originally reserved dates. Rescheduling - If guests wish to postpone their vacation and travel at a later date, the original rate will be guaranteed for travel within 1 year of the original reservation date. Guests wishing to use this option must reschedule their trip within 30 days of the natural disaster. Seasonal restrictions apply. The rate will be guaranteed for the number of nights and the number of guests originally booked. Additional nights or guests will be reserved at the rate in effect at the time of booking. Name changes do not apply. This policy may be subject to change without prior notice.

 

Reservations made in advance have until the 15th of the following month to cancel, of which 80% of the amount deposited will be returned.

Once this date has passed, no refunds will be made, only date changes.
