A guaranteed credit card is required to secure the reservation or you can make a deposit or transfer corresponding to 1 night of lodging.

• Cancellations up to 7 days before the check in date of the reservation without penalty, out of the established time a penalty of 1 night of lodging with taxes will be charged to the credit card as a guarantee.
• NO SHOW penalty of 1 night of lodging with taxes will be charged to the credit card as guarantee.
• Early departures without refund.

• Cancellations up to 14 days before the check in date of the reservation without penalty, outside the established time will be charged a penalty of 50% of the stay with taxes to the credit card as a guarantee.
• No shows and early departures without refund, 100% of the stay will be charged.

To guarantee the reservation, 100% of the reservation payment is required, either by credit card or by making the payment via deposit or transfer.

• Cancellations, NO SHOW and early departures are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

For the security of our guests, the property has security cameras at different points inside and outside the property constantly monitored, at night the front door is locked, each guest may have access to the facilities with password that will be provided to enter and exit the house. All guests have 24 hour emergency numbers at their disposal.
