A guaranteed credit card is required to secure the reservation or you can make a deposit or transfer corresponding to 1 night of lodging.

• Cancellations up to 7 days before the check in date of the reservation without penalty, out of the established time a penalty of 1 night of lodging with taxes will be charged to the credit card as guarantee.
• NO SHOW penalty of 1 night of lodging with taxes will be charged to the credit card as guarantee.
• Early departures without refund.

A secured credit card is required to guarantee the reservation or a deposit or transfer of 50% of the stay can be made.

• Cancellations up to 14 days before the check in date of the reservation without penalty, outside the established time will be charged a penalty of 50% of the stay with taxes to the credit card as a guarantee.
• No shows and early departures without refund, 100% of the stay will be charged.

NON-REFUNDABLE Rates / Promotions
To guarantee the reservation, 100% of the reservation payment is required, either by credit card or by making the payment via deposit or transfer.

• Cancellations, NO SHOW and early departures are non-refundable.

General Conditions

• The hotel has parking with additional charge $200 MXN per vehicle per day *Subject to availability* *It is not possible to reserve parking*.
• The facilities are not fully accessible for the elderly or wheelchair users IF there are elevators and stairs. This is for your consideration.
• By government decree, smoking is NOT allowed inside the property; in case of non-compliance, the attention of the person will be called in the first instance. In case of recidivism, a report will be filed with the authorities, who could issue an administrative sanction for non-compliance with the rule.
• Check In time (Check In) 15:00 hrs. and check out time (Check Out) 12:00 hrs.
• Check Out after 12:00 hrs. without prior notice will cause additional charges.
