POLICIES FOR STANDARD ROOMS AND EXECUTIVE ROOMS

The published rates are in Mexican pesos, plus 16% VAT and 5% ISH. Rates are considered on a single or double basis. Third and fourth person pay additional fee.

Children up to 12 years old free of charge sharing room with 1 or 2 adults, food not included.

Children over 12 years, pay additional fee.

The maximum occupancy per room is 4 people between adults and children.

DELUXE SUITES POLICIES

The published rates are in Mexican pesos, plus 16% VAT and 5% ISH. Rates are considered on a single or double basis.

The maximum occupancy per room is two adults, sharing a King size bed.

GENERAL POLICIES

Warranty Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number and the card will be verified before the arrival date. In the event that the card left as a guarantee, is not valid or for some reason is rejected by the electronic terminal of the Hotel, the reservation will be canceled without prior notice and without any responsibility for the Hotel.

No Show Policy:

In case of no show or register on the reserved date and there is no cancellation of the reservation, at least 72 hours in advance, the Hotel will generate full charge of the first night of stay, freeing the room and being subject to availability in case of a later arrival.

Overbooking Policy:

In the event that the Hotel cannot provide the hosting service contracted by the consumer, the Hotel on its own and without prior notice, will find adequate alternatives to supply the contracted service, being at least equal or better to the contracted benefits originally at the hotel facilities. This without liability or penalty charged to the Hotel.

Cancellation policy:

It can be canceled without charge, 72 hours before the date of arrival. After this time, the total charge of the first night of stay will be generated.
