• High Season: Rate allows changes or cancellations up to 21 days prior to arrival before 4:00 P.M. Central Mexico time, after this date a charge for one night's stay applies, with taxes included, which will be applied to your credit card or your security deposit. (Includes the periods from December 23, 2022 to January 1, 2023, from april 2, to april 16 2023, december 23 to January 2 2023)
• In case you do not check-in for a confirmed reservation, a charge for one night's stay, including taxes, will be applied to your credit card or your security deposit.
