PRIVACY NOTICE.

I.- IDENTITY OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY

In terms of the provisions of articles 8, 15, 16, 36 and other relative and applicable articles of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter Hotel Posada San Pedro S.A. de C.V.), with address 2 Oriente 202 colonia Centro Puebla, Puebla, informs you that it is responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data obtained due to the relationship you have with us.

II.- PERSONAL DATA

For purposes of the foregoing, personal data are considered necessary to provide our service, and consist of the following:

(a)Identification data: name(s), last name(s), data and/or official identification, address, home, cellular and/or work telephone number, marital status, signature, e-mail, gender, age, date of birth, nationality, name and data of third parties, occupation, name of the place where you work, position and contact data.

b) Financial Data: form of payment, cardholder's name, credit card number, expiration date, security key number, copy of credit card.

c) Invoicing Data: name or company name, RFC, fiscal address.

d) Preferences Data: Related to the room, services required and/or reason, travel preferences, hobbies and opinions.

The way in which we obtain your personal data is by the following means:

a)Personally when you provide them to one of our employees, by filling out forms when you check-in with us, or at our reception. Also, when you answer satisfaction and service opinion questionnaires.

b) Directly, when you provide them to us via telephone or through electronic means, by filling out the reservation form on our Website, interacting in our social networks or through cookies or web beacons, (see numeral VII) or through email.

c) Indirectly, when you provide your personal data to any of our suppliers, such as travel agencies, tour operators or third parties that provide us with databases, which support us during the reservation and marketing processes.

Likewise, we inform you that Hotel Posada San Pedro S.A. de C.V., does not obtain personal data that are considered by the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals as sensitive personal data. For such purposes, sensitive personal data are understood as those personal data that affect the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk to the owner.

III. PURPOSE

The data provided will be used, as appropriate, for the following purposes:

Reception and registration of guests.
Provision of lodging services.
Provision of restaurant services.
Provision of banquet services.
Provision of event organization services.
Provision of tourist and commercial services in general.
Invoicing.
Charging credit and/or debit cards for services provided by the Hotel.
Evaluations and surveys of quality and satisfaction of services.
Sending promotional information, either in documentary or electronic form, related to the products and services offered by the Hotel.
In general, for the provision of services offered by Hotel Posada San Pedro S.A. de C.V.

IV. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Hotel Posada San Pedro S.A. de C.V., will not sell your personal data to third parties and these will be collected in order to provide its services and carry out the processes described in the previous paragraph. However, you are hereby informed that the personal data collected may be transferred to entities of the same interest group of the company or those with which it has entered into hotel operation, franchise or similar contracts, and/or third parties, national or foreign, solely for the purpose of complying with the purposes for which such personal data have been provided.

V.- RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION.

In terms of the provisions of Article 28 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, you have the right to Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of your personal data (ARCO Rights) which are briefly explained below:

-Access: Right to access the personal data we keep about you, as well as to obtain information regarding the conditions under which your data is processed.

-Rectification: Right to rectify your personal data in case they are inaccurate or incomplete;

-Cancellation: Right to request that we cancel the personal data we have about you, when you consider that they are not being treated in accordance with the principles and duties established by the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and its Regulations.

-Opposition to the treatment: Right to oppose to the treatment of your personal data, when there is legitimate cause or so that your data are not treated for specific purposes.

For purposes of exercising your ARCO rights, you may request or revoke your previously granted consent for the processing and in general, to raise any questions or complaints regarding the processing of your personal data or to find out if there are other options available (in addition to those set forth herein) for you to limit the use or disclosure of your data, it is necessary that you (i) send a request regarding the personal data belonging to you in terms of the provisions of Articles 29 and 31 of the Law on the matter, addressed to our Department of Protection of Personal Data, located at 2 oriente 202 colonia Centro Puebla, Puebla) call to the telephone number 2228915700, or (iii) send an email to rcabanas@hotelsanpedro.mx

VI.- SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

Your personal data collected by Hotel Posada San Pedro S.A. de C.V. will be duly safeguarded in accordance with the security, administrative, technical and physical provisions established in the Law and the Regulations to protect such personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or disclosure and will be treated under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, responsibility, security and confidentiality provided for in the Law and the Regulations.

VII.- ELECTRONIC MEDIA AND COOKIES.

A cookie is a data file that is stored on the hard drive of your computer equipment or electronic communications device that you use when browsing our website, which allows the exchange of status information between our site and your browser. Hotel Posada San Pedro S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to modify or update this privacy notice at any time, in order to reflect the entry into force of new regulations or internal policies. These modifications will be available through the following means: visible announcements in our establishments, Internet page, or by e-mail. In case you do not agree with such modifications, you should send an email to rcabanas@hotelsanpedro.mx , requesting the cancellation of your personal data.

In case Hotel Posada San Pedro S.A. de C.V. does not receive your express opposition for your personal data to be treated in the manner and terms described above, it will be understood that you have given your consent.
