CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

* Rates are based on occupancy of 2 people per night.

A reservation is considered 100% confirmed once the hotel charges your card with 50% of your total reservation. (Including Booking)

Securing a reservation with your deposit means that you accept the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.

Zulum is a Pet Friendly hotel   Dogs must be supervised / cared for at all times.

The check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. The departure time is at 12:00. Your room must be available before 15.00 hrs we will be happy that the registration is immediate, otherwise we will store your luggage and give you towels so that in the meantime you can relax on the beach. Requests for late departures have to be confirmed by our concierge team and are subject to room availability. The cost per pet is 30 US

All offers are valid individually for each reservation and can not be combined.

The minimum age to register is 18 years of age.
We recommend all our clients to acquire travel insurance in case of cancellation of their air tickets, especially during the hurricane season. We also recommend that you be insured in case of accident, illness, medical evacuation or theft.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Only for individual reservations. In case of group cancellation, please contact our reservations office.

No refund can be requested   the   re-programming of the arrival. The prices of the rooms will be adjusted according to seasonal rates and new reservations. This policy does not apply to group reservations.
There are no refunds or credits for flight cancellations, due to any circumstance. Please see our recommendation for travel insurance to avoid any inconvenience with respect to flight delays or in other situations.
For any change to your confirmed reservation, you must send a written request to reservations@zulumhotels.com and they will be received and confirmed by our reservations team by email. All changes requested after the first confirmation email are subject to hotel availability.
There are no refunds or refunds for check out before the agreed date. If a credit is issued at the event, our reservation office will send you its validity and restrictions by email.


RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

In case of force majeure calamities or national emergencies that do not depend on the hotel, there is no refund, but the payment for the reservation will be applied to a new reservation with the change of dates; no charge for re-programming will be applied.
