General Hotel Policies:

Rate on a single or double basis per room per night in national currency - MXN, rates plus 16% VAT and 4% ISH of taxes.

Pets are not allowed, Parking available with Valet Parking, free Wi-Fi in common areas and rooms, All reservations require a security deposit or card and are subject to the modification and cancellation policies of each season. VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted at the Hotel.

Changes and cancellations free of charge 03 days before arrival. Later 100% of a penalty night applies.

Any deposit cancellation has an administrative cost of 10% on your original deposit.
