CANCELLATION POLICY PUNTA SAYULITA PROPERTY

1- All cancellations for reservations made at Houses (Casas) or Residences must be received by 24 hours Mexico City time at least 31 days prior to the expected date of arrival, for full refund.

Reservations made at Casitas or Villas the cancellation applies at least 16 days prior to the expected date of arrival, for full refund.

2- If cancellations for reservations made at Houses (Casas) or Residences are received within less than the 31 day timeframe, the non-refundable policy applies.

If cancellations for reservations made at Casitas or Villas are received within less than the 16 day timeframe, the non-refundable policy applies.

3- Non-refundable Policy: the property will collect and retain the full advance payment. However, advance payment can be applied to a different date that does not exceeds six (6) months after the date the cancellation is made, as long as the property is available for rent.

4- Rental can be rescheduled only once. All cancellations made for a second time will be non-refundable. The property will collect and retain the full advance payment.

5- All reservations must be paid in full 31 days prior to the expected date of arrival.

7- All reservations made less than 30 days prior arrival must be paid in full prior to the expected date of arrival. Full refund is made if all cancellations are received (by 24 hours Mexico City time) within 24 hours of making the reservation.

The non-refundable policy applies if cancellations are made after the 24 hour timeframe. However, advance payment can be applied to a different date that does not exceeds six (6) months after the date the cancellation is made, as long as the property is available for rent.

8- The same penalty applies to no-shows.
