Booking policies

RATES:
Rates are in USD, per night, based on double occupancy.
Extra person is $30 per night.
Rates are plus 19% tax and include continental breakfast (Juice, fruit, bread and coffee or te).
The hotel will charge 50% deposit to secure reservation.
The remaining 50% shall be covered at check in.
Maximum occupancy varies per room.
Check in – 3:00 PM
Check out – 12:00 PM

CHILDREN:
Younger than 5 years are free of charge, sharing room with adults in existing beds.
Older than 5 years pay standard fee.

PETS:
We do not allow pets of any kind.

MODIFICATIONS:
Modifications are effective on the date written notice and received at reception@casavioletatulum.com.
When received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, will result in a $50 + 19% tax fee assessed after the deposit has been paid.
When received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, will result in the forfeit of 100% of the deposit paid or in case of partial modifications (keeping most of the stay) the hotel will charge the cancelled nights at check in.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice and received at reception@casavioletatulum.com.
When received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, will result in the forfeit of 30% of the deposit paid.
When received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date or no-show, will result in the forfeit of 100% of the deposit paid.

Modifications or cancellations on any reservation held during Christmas and New Year's (December 15th – January 15th) will result in the forfeit of 100% of the deposit paid.

We reserve the right to return reservation payments due to bad weather and/or hurricanes. Check your travel insurance.

Any applicable refunds or credits will be processed by Casa Violeta as soon as possible at the hotel exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
