1. Any change or cancellation to your reservation must be requested at 52 (271) 7142800 at least 24 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel.

2. In case of not showing up at the hotel and did not proceed to cancel your reservation, NO SHOW will be applied and the charge will be charged for the first night of your stay per room plus taxes to the credit card with which it was guaranteed the reservation.

In reservations made on the same day this form of payment is not allowed. In case there are no guarantees in the reserves, cancellation policies of 24 hrs will apply.

8. CHECK IN is at 3:00 p.m. In case your arrival time is before check-in time, your room will be provided based on the availability of rooms at that time, or you will have to wait for your room is available.
