General Hotel Policies:

Rate per room per night in national currency – MXN, rates with 21% taxes, additional extra person charge applies for 3rd and 4th person in case it is not specified in the reservation, children are accepted sharing room in existing beds , children over 12 years old pay as an extra person.

You must be of legal age to register at the Hotel. IT IS ESSENTIAL TO PRESENT YOUR OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. Pets are not allowed, parking available, free Wi-Fi in common areas, All reservations require a guarantee and are subject to the modification and cancellation policies of each season. VISA, MCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted at the Hotel.

A CARD VALIDATION IS CARRIED OUT. The card provided will be validated with the amount of the first night's stay, in the event that the card does not pass, you will be contacted to provide us with another card or make the payment. If there is no response from you, the reservation may be cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS

Reservations guaranteed with AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD credit cards, may be canceled up to 4 days before the arrival date without charge. A cancellation made less than 4 days before the arrival date will produce a charge of the full amount of the first night's stay. In case of not arriving on the reserved day, the fee paid will not be refunded and the first night will be charged. In the same way, refunds do not apply for early departures.
