RESERVATION POLICIES
All our rates include taxes.
RESERVATIONS HIGH SEASON
Breakfast is included in the rates.
Reservations can be made from 1 year in advance. Reservations are only accepted with a 50% deposit in advance (no room limit) or by credit card (up to 3 rooms) and the cancellation policies are as follows:
CANCELLATIONS FOR HIGH SEASON
- In case of cancellation with more than 20 days notice, the refund will be in full.
-If your cancellation is less than or equal to 20 days, 50% of the total amount will be charged, or in its absence, the first night, the amount that is greater in monetary value.
- In case of NO SHOW, you will not be entitled to a refund and you will be charged for all your nights.
MODIFICATIONS FOR HIGH SEASON
In case you wish a modification to your reservation, you will be subject to the cancellation and availability policies, as well as in the change of rates.
LOW SEASON RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made from 1 year in advance to 3 hours before arrival. You will be asked for a credit card number as booking insurance. No charge will be made to your card only if your cancellation is more than 24 hours before your arrival.

CANCELLATION FOR LOW SEASON
If your cancellation is less than 24 hours, one night will be charged to your credit card for the number of rooms reserved.
POLICIES OF MODIFICATION
In case you wish a modification to your reservation you will be subject to the cancellation and availability policies, as well as in the change of rates.
*If your reservation includes even one day of high season, the total stay will be considered the policies of high season
CHILDREN'S POLICIES:
Children under 12 years of age sharing a room are free (breakfast not included).
PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed.
SEASONS
The term "seasons" refers to the rate change during the current year.
HIGH SEASON
Easter
Beginning of Vacation; Mid-July to Sunday before the beginning of August classes (the last weekends of guelaguetza are not contemplated)
Mid-December vacations; mid-December end of school to start of school in January.
Bridges and holidays.
SUPER HIGH SEASON
The last 2 weekends in July (Friday to Tuesday)
Day of the Dead; October 28 to November 4
LOW SEASON
Any date that does not include the dates shown in high season
