Reservation Confirmation:
We would like to kindly remind you that as part of our reservation and security policies, we request that you show the same credit or debit card that you used during the booking at the time of your check-in. This will help us streamline the process and ensure the authenticity of the reservation.
We understand that circumstances may vary, so if any inconvenience shows up and you need to use a different card, we ask that you contact our front desk team.
Reservation Procedure:
- In low or normal season a one night stay plus taxes will be charged 2 days prior your arrival.
- In peak season the entire stay plus taxes will be charged 15 days prior your arrival.
Extra fees:
Extra adult - $50 + TAXES
Extra child - $50 + TAXES
Extra bed - $25 + VAT
Cradle - $25 + VAT
Pets are not allowed.

By confirming your reservation you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk, that you may be exposed or infected by COVID-19 while visiting the hotel, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.
You understand that the risk of being exposed to or infected by COVID-19 in the hotel may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others, including, but not limited to, hotel employees.
You voluntarily accept all the aforementioned risks and accept exclusive responsibility for any injury or contagion of all the people included in this reservation who are going to use the facilities of Las Lagunas Boutique Hotel. This responsibility includes personal injury, disability, and death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expenses, of any kind, that you, your family members or companions may experience or incur concerning COVID 19.
Therefore, on your behalf, and behalf of your family members or companions, you agree not to sue, and hold Las Lagunas Boutique Hotel, its employees and representatives from liability, including all responsibilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising from or related to them.
You understand and accept that this exemption includes any claim based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Las Lagunas Boutique Hotel, its employees and collaborators, whether the COVID-19 infection occurs before, during or after the stay in our facilities.
