NOTICE OF PRIVACY.

I.- IDENTITY OF THE CONTROLLER

In terms of the provisions of articles 8, 15, 16, 36 and other related and applicable of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, SUITES LAYFER SA DE CV. (hereinafter THE HOTEL), with address at CALLE 5 N0.2306 BETWEEN AVS. 23 AND 25 FRAC. ALAMEDA, CORDOBA, VERACRUZ MEXICO 94580., informs you that you are responsible for obtaining and processing your personal data obtained due to the relationship you have with us.

II.- PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes of the foregoing, personal data is considered necessary to provide our service, and consists of the following:

a) Identification data: name(s), surname(s), data and/or official identification, address, home, cell and/or work telephone number, marital status, signature, email, gender, age, date of birth, nationality, name and data of third parties, occupation, name of the place where you work, contact information.

b) Financial Data: method of payment, name of the cardholder, credit card number, expiration date, security code number, credit card copy

c) Billing Information: name or business name, RFC, fiscal domicile

d) Preferences Data: Related to the room, required services and/or reason, travel preferences, hobbies and opinions.

The way in which we obtain your personal data is through the following means:

a) In person when you provide them to one of our employees, filling out forms when checking-in with us, or at our reception. Likewise, when you answer satisfaction and opinion questionnaires about the service.

b) Directly, when you provide them to us by telephone or through electronic means, by filling out the reservation form on our Website, interacting on our social networks or through cookies or web beacons, (see number VII) or via email.

c) Indirectly, when you provide your personal data to one of our suppliers, such as travel agencies, tour operators or third parties that provide us with databases, which support us during the reservation and marketing processes.

Likewise, we inform you that the Hotel EL HOTEL does not obtain personal data that is considered by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties as sensitive personal data. For such purposes, sensitive personal data is understood to be those personal data that affect the most intimate sphere of the owner, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the latter.

The data provided will be used, as appropriate, for the following purposes:

Reception and registration of guests. Provision of hosting services. Provision of restaurant services. Provision of banqueting services. Provision of event organization services. Provision of tourist and commercial services in general. Billing. Making charges to credit and/or debit cards for services that are provided by the Hotel Evaluations and surveys of quality and satisfaction of services. Sending promotional information, either in documentary or electronic way, related to the products and services offered by the Hotel. IV. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

The Hotel EL HOTEL, will not market your personal data with third parties and these will be collected in order to provide their services and carry out the processes described in the previous numeral. However, you are informed that the personal data collected may be transferred to entities of the same interest group as the company or those with which it has entered into hotel, franchise or similar operation contracts, and/or third parties, national or foreign. solely for the purpose of fulfilling the purposes for which said personal data has been provided

V.- RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION.

In terms of the provisions of article 28 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose your personal data (ARCO Rights), which are briefly explained below. :

In the event that you do not agree with these modifications, you must send an email to the hotel's email address, requesting the cancellation of your personal data.
