LODGING REGULATIONS

Art. 1. The present Internal Regulations oblige for compliance both “Villas San Vicente” and the guests who hire their services.

Art. 2. Every person who stays in this establishment is obliged to register in the card or special books that the establishment or person in charge of it will carry out for this purpose. Likewise, you must show official identification with current photography, both your own and the people who will be occupying the room. When the guests are a group hired in advance, their representative will fill out the registration form or deliver in advance a list of guests that meets the aforementioned requirements.

Art. 3. The time of entry (check-in) is set at 15:00 hours and the time to check the departure (check-out) and eviction from the room is set at 12:00 hours of each day. If a guest stays longer, one more day of stay will be charged for sale, with a maximum tolerance of 60 minutes. The foregoing in accordance with the provisions of NOM-0l0-TUR · 2001. If you want to change the departure date we ask you to notify it at the reception.

Art. 4. The lodging service must be paid in advance. If the client does not pay on time, he loses the right to use the room. In payments by credit card, the guest must present an official identification upon arrival, if the person who will occupy the room is not the cardholder, they must provide an authorization letter and a copy of the holder's identification. No refunds will be made and no credit will be issued in the case of early departures. The administration will issue proof of payment or detailed invoice of the services provided and the amount covered by them when requested by the guest. The hotel assumes no responsibility for outsourced services such as taxis, dry cleaners or doctors.

Art. 5. The hotel has taken adequate security measures and has a Civil Liability Insurance as indicated in NOM-07-TUR-2002. When a guest makes use of the hotel parking lot, they must place their car in a suitable place, the establishment is not responsible for partial damage or total theft of the vehicle or objects left inside. Upon check-in, the guest must register all the details of their vehicle in the corresponding book. Any vehicle that was not registered at the reception will be removed from the parking lot.

Art. 6. No user has the right to provide accommodation to any person without the prior consent of management, in any case the corresponding procedures for registration and payment of the respective lodging fee must be carried out.

Art. 7. The establishment clearly exhibits in the reception area and in all the rooms, its category, the current lodging rates and this Regulation, as indicated in NOM-010-TUR-2001, inviting our guests to Your due compliance.

Art. 8. If a guest becomes ill, the reception of the establishment must call the doctor and can be treated in his room, if the disease is contagious for reasons not attributable to the establishment, the guest will be transferred on his own to the appropriate place.

Art. 9. The hotel is not responsible for losses that the guest may suffer in money and securities not deposited in the safe deposit box that exists for that purpose in the reception office, where his key will be delivered. The objects or values ​​forgotten by a guest in the room will remain in the custody of the hotel administration for a period of 30 days, after this period has elapsed and if there is no claim, they will be discarded.

Art. 10. Customers are not allowed to have any kind of animals in the room and / or other hotel facilities, except those that help disabled people.

Art. 11. The use that should be made of furniture, and other objects of service, will be rational and moderate, taking care of them properly. In the event that the guest damages said objects, intentionally or accidentally, he must report it to the administration. In case of subtracting them from the hotel, the corresponding charge will be made to the property in question and whose price will be established by the market at the time of the incident. When leaving your room, every guest has the obligation to leave the doors, windows, water keys closed, turn off the lights, and return the keys to your room.

Art. 12. In compliance with official civil protection provisions, the hotel has taken security measures by installing a sufficient number of fire extinguishers and smoke detectors to be used in an eventual accident, in such circumstances guests must give notice to the administration.

Art. 13. Guests must behave with decency and morality within the establishment, being prohibited to alter the order making noises that bother or disturb other guests, as well as use the room to perform any act or game prohibited by law.

Art. 14. Any complaint, suggestion or congratulation should be noted in the formats of complaints and suggestions that the hotel administration has available to users at the reception, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Ministry of Tourism.

Art. 15. In the provision of services by this hotel there will be no discrimination based on sex, political creed, religion, nationality or social status. The establishment may deny its services when the guest comes to the same while drunk or under the influence of drugs or narcotic drugs or when it is intended to use other than the hosting service.

Art. 16. The rights of the establishment as of the guests are safe to denounce before the competent authorities the facts that constitute an illicit or that give rise to responsibility for any of the parties in their persons and property, as long as they occur within Hotel facilities.

Art. 17. In the amount of the lodging the realization of social events or any other type is not considered.

Art. 18. Customers are not allowed to leave minors without supervision at the hotel facilities and especially in the areas of pool, beach and sea.

Art. 19. The hours of use for the pools are from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm.

Art. 20. Customers are not allowed to use the pool facilities under the influence of alcohol.

Art. 21. No refunds will be made or any type of credit will be issued due to bad weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that may arise from the direct impact, or hurricane warning in the area. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. Villas San Vicente will not be responsible for any extra costs, evacuation or inconvenience that may arise from a tropical storm or hurricane

Art 22. The Hotel does not have its own power plant and for this reason it is not responsible for power cuts outside of it.

Art. 23.- The breach of these Regulations by the guest will be grounds for termination of the lodging contract, without legal responsibility for the company.
