Rates and Additional Charges:

Double base rate per room per night in MXN, plus 21% taxes. Additional fee per extra person for the third and fourth person in the Junior Suite Double room.

Registration Requirements: It is necessary to be of legal age to check in at the hotel. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Services and Payments: Free WiFi in common areas and rooms. VISA, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards are accepted at the hotel.

Consider an additional charge of $500 MXN incl. taxes per additional person per night only in the Junior Suite Double room.

A security deposit of $1500 MXN per night is required to cover possible damages to the room, or extra services or restaurant bills. This deposit will be released upon check-out if not used.

Any damage caused to the room or property during your stay will be charged extra

The hotel does not have suitable facilities for wheelchair mobility. Please take this into consideration.
The hotel does provides parking spaces on an external parking very close to the hotel. 
The hotel only accepts adults.
The hotel does not provide additional beds.
The hotel does not have an elevator.
Smoke-free rooms. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for deep cleaning, plus the cost of two nights' stay.
RESERVATION POLICIES

Public rates per room per night in Mexican pesos - MXN plus taxes (16% VAT + 5% ISH). If you wish to pay in dollars, it will be charged at the hotel's established exchange rate.
All reservations made at our establishment must be guaranteed with payment for one night of accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICIES

Changes or cancellations 2 days before arrival incur no cost. If the cancellation or modification occurs outside the policies, or the guest fails to show up on the arrival day, 100% of the reservation plus taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
During high-season dates, changes and cancellations 15 days before the arrival date incur no cost. If it occurs outside the policies, or the guest fails to show up on the arrival day, 100% of the reservation with taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
In case of early departure, no refund will be provided.

Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
Customer service is available from 7:00 to 23:00 hours.
Checkouts after 12:00 hrs. without prior notice will incur additional charges.
