Hotel Siete Lunas reserves the right of permanence of its guests, clients or passengers, who must respect the rules contained in these regulations.
Your reservation is confirmed with the guarantee of your credit/debit card given at the time of confirming your reservation. The Hotel makes the full charge for your stay and is totally non-refundable.
Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and bank transfer
The payment of the stay must be made from the moment of confirmation of your reservation.
Any cancellation has a penalty of at least one night's lodging. The hotel can generate the total charge of your reservation for the total number of nights when the notification conditions are not respected within the range of cancellation policies.
All purchases are non-refundable
The hotel is for ADULTS only due to its location and architecture. Thanks for your understanding

Check out time: 12:00 pm
Pool hours from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Breakfast service hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Loud music is not allowed in the rooms after 10:00 pm
Food and drinks are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel.
Corkage per bottle of wine or liquor will be charged at $400 MXN per bottle.
Access to the hotel and use of its facilities is exclusively for guests.
For visits by Hotel Guests and use of its facilities, there is a cost of $500 MXN pesos per person (daypass).
Topless is not allowed in the pool area
Early check in and late check out have a cost of $150 USD applying the Exchange Rate designated by the Hotel at the time of payment.
The use of sound equipment is not allowed in the common areas of the hotel.
Damage to the rooms, their equipment and their respective bedding (sheets, blankets, covers, mattresses, pillows, etc.) will be the responsibility of the guest and any damage will be charged accordingly. The Hotel assigns the price per piece according to the damage generated.
The hotel asks guests to kindly not spread clothes or towels on the terraces of the villas.
The hotel has safety boxes in all villas at no extra cost. The hotel is not responsible for valuables in the villas outside of your safe.
Parking use is provided for all guests, the hotel is not responsible for damage or theft to guest vehicles.
For security reasons, access to the rooms of people who are not staying at the hotel is prohibited. If the guest receives visitors, they must remain in the lounge area next to the pool, to use the facilities they must pay $500 MXN per person (daypass).
Smoking is prohibited in the hotel facilities, especially in the rooms, and if this rule is not complied with, a charge of $100 USD will be charged to the guest, applying the Exchange Rate that the Hotel designates at the time of payment. for sanitation and deodorization of the room*

The hotel asks its guests to be as quiet as possible in the rooms and other hotel facilities, especially in the period between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
If any guest gets sick, the reception must call the doctor and they can be treated in their room. If the disease were contagious for reasons not attributable to the establishment and under the doctor's recommendation, the guest could be transferred on their own to the appropriate place.
The objects or valuables forgotten by a guest in the room will remain in the custody of the hotel administration for a period of 90 days, after this period and since there is no claim, they will be discarded.
