HOTEL CASA KU : RULES & REGULATIONS
Casa K'u has the commitment and compliance with certain parameters to comply with its clients, as well as the clients with us, to make this space better for all of us, it is necessary to respect the other clients and the staff, so we we will ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable for you.
SCHEDULES
1.- Entry Time (Check In): 15:00 HRS
Departure Time (Check Out): 12:00 PM
EXTRA CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL HOUR $150.00
2.- Restaurant hours from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Meals: 12:00 pm -18:00 pm
- Dinner: 18:00 hrs - 22:00 hrs (Sunday to Thursday)
- Dinner: 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Friday and Saturday)

3.- BAR hours from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Sunday to Thursday)
BAR hours from 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Friday and Saturday)

4.- For your Safety and Care, access to the Sea is from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM HRS
5.- Activities Rental Hours 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM HRS
6. – Our Pool hours are from 08:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
EXTRA CHARGES
1.- When the Check Out is registered, you will proceed to return the keys to the reception. (In case of losing the key, it will have a cost of $100 pesos + $100.00 for a key ring)
2.- In case of misuse or damage to the facilities, a charge will be made with a value according to the damage caused, making an instant quote for the damage plus an additional 10%.
3.- The rooms have an occupancy of 2 people, Maximum of three people, this extra person will have an additional charge of $300 MXN pesos.
4.- Upon entering the room you will have the right to two body towels, 2 hand towels and 2 facial towels. In case of losing a towel it will cost $350 pesos MXN, Pool Towels $500.00).

 


HOUSE RULES


1.- It is prohibited to bring food and alcoholic beverages into the facilities. If they are brought in, an additional charge will be generated by the Hotel.
2.- In case of bringing adolescents over 15 years of age, we ask that you do not neglect them, since the Hotel is oblivious to any accident that might occur.
3.- We ask that if you smoke you do it in your space and outside, not inside the closed facilities, in case of smoking inside the rooms you will have a charge of $450 for damages and violation of the tobacco-free law in facilities.
4.- We use a biodigester system, please "DO NOT" throw toilet paper or other objects into the toilet or drain, this will help us maintain a long life for the system.
5.- Due to our care for the environment and ecosystem, we ask you to deposit your trash in the trash cans corresponding to your trash, keep in mind that this is your second home.
6.- For the care of our services and their long duration, we kindly ask you to turn off the climate and lights when you are outside and do not use your rooms. (In case you have forgotten to turn off your air conditioning or your lights and you are not in the establishment, one of our staff will have access to your room to turn it off).
7.- Remember that you are solely responsible for your own safety and your family in your case, for this reason when you have access to the Sea or make use of any water activity (kayak, Paddle Board, Fishing, etc). Casa Ku will not be responsible for any accident towards your guest. (For your safety, remember to make free use of life jackets in the corresponding area).
8.- For security reasons, we ask you to keep all valuables in your safe during your stay. The hotel is not responsible for jewelry, valuables and cash that are not deposited in the safe. In case of any doubt, request information. at reception.
9.- For your convenience, the cleaning of the rooms is only carried out from 9 am to 5 pm or when you request it. In case of placing a do not disturb card, we do not clean your room.
If you require a change of towels when necessary, we ask you to request them at the reception, as we try to take care of and save energy and water.
10.- Our room check-out time is at 12pm, so after this time, there will be an automatic charge of $150 per hour until 3pm.
11.- During your stay, we will provide you with pool towels, we ask you to take care of them and leave them in the room on the day of your departure, to avoid additional charges.
12.- In the event of annoying attitudes towards other visitors or staff, we will ask you in the most cordial manner to leave the Area, in more problematic cases we will use the local authorities.
13. It is forbidden to use speakers or loud music after 11:00 p.m. in common areas, for which we ask you to consider the rest of the other guests.

CANCELLATION AND EARLY DEPARTURE POLICIES

- Guaranteed Reservations (Reservations that have paid in advance before arriving at the hotel)
Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of your arrival, in case of canceling later, a penalty of 1 night's stay will be charged. Applies to date changes.
- Non-Guaranteed Reservations (Reservations made without deposit or credit can only remain active until 6pm on the day of check-in, if not confirmed, they will be canceled)
- NO SHOWS, any reservation made and not presented will not be refundable, full penalty.
- Early Departure (There will be no refund on early departures)
- There will be no refund on early departures with cash payment.
- Stay with Pets: Not allowed. (Because our concept is privacy and rest, we do not accept pets in general for any kind).
