- Date changes in your reservation are allowed up to 6 days before your arrival.
- The limit for date changes in your reservation is 1 change.
- No refund for date changes after check-in.
- Alcoholic beverages and external food are not allowed on the premises.
- Smoking is not permitted in the tents.
- Please be careful with the glasses and bottles used in the bar and restaurant.
- Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly rooms; availability must be confirmed. A charge of $500.00 MXN is applicable, and the owner assumes full responsibility for them.
- No loud music after 10:00 p.m.
- Coolers are not allowed.
