Booking policies

 

Individual Reservations: Changes and or cancellations free of charge 14 days prior to the arrival date.

High season and public holidays (Holy Week, Christmas, New Year or eventual national congresses).

The cancellation policy is 14 days before the arrival of the guest. Exceptions, New Year non-refundable changes and cancellations. Check-in time, 15:00 hrs., Check-out time, 12:00 hrs.

All reservations must be pre-paid prior to the guest's arrival.

A form of payment will be requested as a guarantee for extras as well as against damage to the property.

A digital copy of the national identification (INE) or passport (foreign) will be taken by each of the guests.

Cash deposits are not permitted. We accept wire-transfers.

Payment for extra services is accepted in Dollars and National Currency, foreign currency exchange is not allowed.

We do not offer Pet Friendly service or accompanying pets
