REGULAR / NON-REFUNDABLE RATE.

A. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY:

This rate is applicable to all reservations, and payment of 50% of the total of your stay is required to guarantee. Upon completion of your reservation, the Hotel will proceed to charge the card provided within the next 24 hours.

50% of the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card provided in the reservation on the morning of your arrival day (check in date).

If you wish to pay 100% of the reservation in advance, please notify the Hotel directly.

B. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

* Cancellations are NOT accepted.

* NO refunds apply in case of no-show or early departures. The money paid could be use as a credit for a future stay in a period of no more than 1 year.

* Date changes subject to availability and possible rate changes.

C. GENERAL POLICIES:

All rates apply the following policies:

* Check in: 15:00 Hrs.

* Check out: 12:00 Hrs.

* Single or double base rate.

* Maximum occupancy 3 people in rooms with 2 double beds.

* The charge for a third person in the room is $950 MXN per night, taxes included. (Subject to availability at the time of reservation).

* Adults-only Hotel, children from 0 to 17 years old are not admitted.

* All rooms are SMOKE FREE. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a charge of $100 USD.

All rates are subject to 16% of VAT and 5% lodging tax + $115 MXN of service charge per night (already included in the shown rate).
