Hotel Policies:

Rate per room per night in national currency (MXN)with 21% taxes, additional extra person charge applies for 3rd and 4th person in case it is not specified in the reservation.

You must be of legal age to register at the Hotel. Every guest must present valid identification in accordance with the Law of each country. Children under 16 years of age are not accepted.

At least the first night of stay must be covered a maximum of 07 days before arrival. VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted at the Hotel. All payments made by transfer must be received at least 4 days before the arrival date.

The guest holder of the reservation must leave an open voucher or deposit in the reception area for its use, whether it is any extra charge or damage caused to the villa or property, an amount of $5,000.00 pesos (MXN) per night is considered. stay.

No pets allowed, parking available.

Cancellations

The client may cancel his reservation without receiving any penalty with a minimum of 7 days in advance. A cancellation made less than 7 days before the arrival date will produce a charge of the full amount of the first night's stay. In case of not arriving on the reserved day, the fee paid will not be refunded and the total stay will be charged. In the same way, refunds do not apply for early departures.

In the event that the reservation is made the same day at the entrance of the hotel, no changes or cancellations can be applied, so the No Show charge will be made if the client does not show up.
