SMOKING

All guest rooms and public spaces of Punta Caliza are 100% smoke-free. A $5000 MXN cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

RESERVATION & CANCELATION POLICIES

 All rates are subject to change without previous notice. 

"A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is charged at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged. All cancellations must be sent in writing to the contact email hola@puntacaliza.com with notification of receipt by Punta Caliza. Early departures will apply the total charge of the original reservation. 15 days before the arrival date, no changes can be made to the reservation.

In high season, cancellations with less than 15 days will be charged 100% of the reservation. Being a guest at Punta Caliza there can be no cancellations or reduction of nights to the reservation. In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
