Internal Policies:

- Pets are not allowed in any area of the hotel.

- Rooms are for single or double occupancy.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. In case of incurring this notice there will be a charge for cleaning the area.

- Professional photo or video sessions are not allowed.

- No food or drink is allowed in the common areas of the hotel.

- Check in: 15:00 Hrs. Check out: 12:00 Hrs. Early check in and Late check out, subject to availability.

- Payments: Cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations will be free of charge for our customers as long as they are made 24 hours before their arrival, taking as a reference the time of the Check In 15:00 Hrs. (NOT APPLICABLE ON HOLIDAYS).

- For cancellations made on holidays must be made fifteen days in advance.

- If the client does not make the cancellation of the reservation in the times indicated according to the previous points, a charge will be made for the total of one night of your stay including taxes, which will not be refundable.

- If the client does not show up on the day of arrival, a charge for the total of one night including taxes will be made and the reservation will be marked as "No Show".

- Departures before the established date will have the penalty of the total of your stay.

- If you do not show up to your reservation on the established date, the charge made cannot be recovered.

Promotional Policies:

*In case of participating in some of our promotions the reservation obtained will not be refundable or cancelable, you can only go through your reservation if you give notice fifteen days in advance.
