General Policies

1.-The present Internal Regulations oblige for its compliance both to XKA-N HOTEL BOUTIQUE with address at 430 Mocambo Street, Playa de Oro, C.P. 94298, Boca del Río, Veracruz, as well as to the guests that contract its services.

All persons staying at this establishment are obliged to register in the control, registration and administrative follow-up system that the establishment or the person in charge of the same will carry out for such purpose. Likewise, they must show official identification with a valid photograph, both their own and that of the persons occupying the room. When the guests are a previously contracted group, their representative will fill out the registration form or will deliver in advance a list of guests that meets the aforementioned requirements.

3.- Check-in time is set at 15:00 hours. Check-out time and vacating the room shall be set at 11:00 a.m. each day, with a maximum tolerance of 60 minutes for this purpose. If the guest stays longer than the established time, the guest's account will automatically be charged half an extra rent for the stay. This is in accordance with NOM-0lO- TUR-2021. If you wish to extend your check-out date, please notify the front desk. The cost for early check in is half rent and applies from 08:00 am, if the guest decides to enter before this time is charged full rent, the cost of late check out is half rent with departure until 17:00 hrs, after this time is charged full rent.

4.- The lodging service must be paid in full at check-in. You will be asked for a bank card (open voucher) to guarantee the additional consumptions that you may request. The administration will issue payment vouchers and detailed invoice of the services rendered and the amount covered by them to the guest. The hotel assumes no responsibility for external contracted services such as sightseeing tours, recreational activities, cabs, dry cleaning or medical services.

5.- The hotel has taken adequate security measures and has a Civil Liability Insurance in accordance with the provisions of NOM-07-TUR-2002. When a guest or client makes use of the hotel's parking lot, he/she must place his/her car in a suitable place, the establishment is not responsible for partial damage or total theft of the vehicle or objects left inside. At check-in, the guest must register with the administration all the details of his vehicle. Any vehicle not registered at the front desk will be removed from the parking lot. 6.-No user has the right to give lodging to any person without the prior consent of the management, in any case the corresponding procedures for registration and payment of the respective lodging fee must be carried out.

7.- The establishment clearly displays in the reception area and in all rooms, its category, the current lodging rates and these Regulations, in accordance with the provisions of NOM-010-TUR-2001, inviting our guests to comply with them.

8.- Should any guest become ill, the front desk of the establishment shall call the doctor and he/she may be attended to in his/her room. If the illness is contagious due to causes not attributable to the establishment, the guest will be taken to the appropriate place at his/her own expense.

9.- The hotel is not responsible for the losses that the guest may suffer in money and valuables not deposited in the hotel safe deposit box that exists for this purpose in a designated area where the belongings will be kept under lock and key and only authorized personnel have access. Objects or valuables forgotten by a guest in the room shall remain in the custody of the hotel administration for a period of 30 days, at the end of this period and in the absence of any claim, they shall be disposed of.

10.- The use to be made of the furniture, clothes and other service objects shall be rational and moderate, taking due care of them. In the event that the guest damages said objects, intentionally or accidentally, he/she shall report it to the administration. In case of theft, the corresponding charge will be made for the property in question, the price of which will be the one established by the market at the time of the incident. When leaving the room, every guest is obliged to leave the doors, windows, water faucets, turn off the lights, as well as return the room keys, the television control and any other accessory that has been provided during the stay, without which these will be charged.

11 .- In the establishment have become security measures by installing a sufficient number of fire extinguishers and smoke detectors to be used in a possible accident, in such circumstances guests must notify the administration. In compliance with the provisions of the State Health Laws, smoking is not permitted inside the rooms, in the corridors or common areas of the Hotel. If you smoke inside the room you must pay a full rental fee of the first night for deep cleaning of the room.

12.- Any damage to the facilities of the establishment, including the furniture and linens of the rooms, must be covered in full by the guest based on the Damage Price List available at the reception area.

13.- Guests must behave with decency and morality within the establishment, and it is forbidden to disturb the order by making noises that bother or disturb other guests, as well as to use the room to perform any act or play prohibited by law.

14.- It is strictly forbidden to introduce and consume food and alcoholic beverages in the common areas of the hotel.

15.- All complaints, suggestions or compliments must be reported in the complaint and suggestion forms that the hotel administration has available for users at the reception or on the website, according to the guidelines set by the Ministry of Tourism.

16.- In the provision of services by this hotel there will be no discrimination for reasons of sex, political creed, religion, nationality or social status. The establishment may deny its services when the guest is in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of drugs or narcotics or when it is intended to use other than the lodging service. This establishment has protocols to prevent human trafficking, specifically of children and adolescents in the tourism sector. If you detect any sign of trafficking, immediately notify the administration.

17.-The rights of the establishment and of the guests to report to the competent authorities the facts that constitute an illicit act or that give rise to liability for any of the parties in their persons and property, as long as they occur within the hotel facilities, remain unaffected.

18.- Failure of the guest to comply with these Internal Lodging Regulations shall be cause for termination of the lodging contract, without legal liability for the company.

19.-This establishment is in the process of adhering to the National Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents in the Travel and Tourism Sector. We reject any form of human trafficking, especially sexual and/or labor exploitation of children and adolescents, so in case of detecting a situation related to this type of crime by a customer or supplier, we will activate the execution of our Action Protocol.
